Description
The PPS 550 is a 3-piston semi-hydraulic diaphragm pump that provides high pressure and high flow rate for sprayers, nebulizers and industrial equipment. It is equipped with a new pressure absorbing accumulator system on the entire delivery circuit. All kinematics are lubricated in an oil bath.
- Reinforced polypropylene heads and manifolds to ensure maximum compatibility with the pumped chemicals.

Reduced crankshaft stroke for less mechanical stress and longer diaphragm life.
- The only pump series in the world equipped with independent pulsation dampers mounted directly on the pumping chamber. This feature ensures smoother flow of liquid, improving the quality of the nozzle spray without pulsation.
- The check valves perfectly line up to the diaphragm area for direct entry of liquid, resulting in 30% higher suction capacity and efficiency.
- Water-oil heat exchanger reduces the operating temperature of the pump, increasing its life and efficiency.
