Warranty evaluations and repairs are performed at Canpump's facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Customers are responsible for shipping items to Canpump for warranty evaluation. If a defect is confirmed, Canpump will cover return shipping to the customer. Prepaid return labels may be issued at Canpump’s discretion and are not standard practice.
Evaluation and Fees
If no defect is found or the issue is determined to be non‑warranty, a diagnostic fee will apply before the item is returned. Items returned with oil not drained, contaminated with chemicals or debris, or requiring cleaning prior to diagnosis may be subject to a cleaning fee.
Parts Handling
Replacement parts may be invoiced initially and credited if confirmed to be defective under warranty.

Canpump’s liability for any special, incidental, or consequential damages is expressly disclaimed. In no event shall liability exceed the original purchase price of the product. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
