Bertolini high-pressure plunger pumps carry a manufacturer’s warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase. All claims must be reported within this 12-month period. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects/workmanship that arises under normal use and maintenance as outlined within the Bertolini operations manual.
Malfunctions due to negligence or misuse of the pump are not subject to warranty repairs. In addition to wear components such as seals/packings, o-rings, valves and pistons. freezing damage or damage caused by parts or incompatible accessories.
Canpump plunger pumps are warranted to be defective free upon arrival for a time of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Pressure Washer Machines/Units: All machines and pump+motor units sold by Canpump are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase to be free of any manufacturing or workmanship defects on the major components (pump, motor/engine, gearbox). Accessories supplied with the machine, maintenance components (seals, valves…etc.) and other wear and tear components including but not limited to: wheels, hoses, guns, nozzles, filters, fittings are not subject to any warranty.
Warranty is voided if the claim is deemed to be due to negligence, improper use and installation (i.e. incorrect voltage, dry running and freezing). Any improper modification or use with unapproved accessories.
Accessories purchased directly through Green Canpump Inc. are warrantied to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage deemed to be caused by improper use/setup, wear and tear or tampering.
Hoses are not covered under any warranty. The crimp fittings of hoses are warrantied for 60 days.
All Warranty work is performed at Canpump’s service facility in Toronto. Freight charges and return are the responsibility of the sender. A copy of the original invoice/sales receipt must accompany the unit. Parts and labour are covered for the warranty period.
