Free Shipping is available for products in Canada and the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all other offshore insular areas) on a minimum purchase of Can$100 or US$80 respectively. Note that free shipping does not apply for products that require freight shipping, and most freight items can only be shipped within Canada. We ship most items from our Toronto, Canada warehouse, and ship some items from our warehouses in the US. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders usually ship within 1 business day. UPS is our primary parcel carrier and we use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments.
Orders can be placed online and picked up Mon-Fri, 7.30 am to 2.30 pm from our retail store at 65 Enterprise Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1C4. In-store pickup needs to be selected during the checkout when placing orders online. You can also visit our store during the aforementioned times and place orders.
Shipping outside Canada and the contiguous United States
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. You will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be.
Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office for accurate information. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use or installation. Pressure washers, motors and pumps are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We will accept your return as long as you pay for the return shipping and restocking fee (4%, if applicable).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
